Jake and Campbell were amazing. First of all, they are super happy and friendly people. If you are going to have someone in your house working for a week or 2, these guys are who you want. They are also extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. They will go the extra mile and answer all sorts of questions you might have with their wealth of experience.

AMAZING! That is the best word to describe our experience with Colin, Jake, and the staff at Renovate It, Inc. We have become jaded over the years by outrageous quotes, poor workmanship, and even worse customer service. Finding Renovate It, Inc. was a breath of fresh air.
From day-one, we were treated in a professional, polite, and courteous manner. Although our renovation was relatively small, we were given their full dedication until the job was done. They were never more than a text/phone call away and were always quick to respond to any questions or requests.
Colin gave us quotes and plans for several design options. The costs were reasonable and he was very transparent about what was included in each bid. He was flexible and timely with incorporating changes to the plan as they arose. Colin was very organized. He gave us a timeline and scheduled subcontract work (i.e., counter installation) so the job flowed smoothly and we were never left waiting for long periods between job phases.

These guys are the best of the best. Both Colin and Jake are amazing. We did a complete kitchen and dining room remodel, and we couldn't be happier. Colin's design work and choice of cabnet builders made my wifes dreams come true. She has wanted this for years and had something very specific in mind, and Colin nailed it. Then it came to installation, Jake is a one in a million true craftsman, hands down, he listens, he cares and keeps a clean work area. Best of all, his work is immaculate. The best thing you can do for youself is tell them your dreams and stand back and let them fly. You will love it!

Renovate and Colin did an excellent job plan and install the changes to our kitchen. We did a cabinet refacing, new quartz countertops, including window sill, and new tile backsplash. The installers from Renovate and Rock Solid (quartz) were excellent.
Electronic notification of appointments, which installers were coming, and electronic billing was great and easy to use.
Colin recommendations on some options were very useful (colors, material types, sinks, hardware).
The primary installer (Campbell) was very meticulous, and resulted in a very accurate installation.

Colin was great to work with. I loved his design he added everything I wanted and there was good communication about it. I like that he coordinated between the counter top guys and they also do backsplash so we didn't have to find someone else to do that too. Campbell and Jake were great. They communicated well, cleaned up after their work and did more than was required of them for the job. The worst part is not seeing those guys anymore. They are hardworking good people. Glad we chose to spend our money here. Great experience.

I can unequivocally say that Renovate It provided the best home care service we have ever experienced in 35 years of owning our home. We so often struggle with finding reputable contractors who are available in a timely manner and do good work. Colin at Renovate It was extremely responsive to our requests for information. He visited promptly to assess our project and provide a quote. He was helpful when we were choosing materials and took the initiative to bring out additional samples before we finalized the job . Campbell, the installer, was polite, meticulous, and skilled. He reported on time and stayed late to finish if needed. He picked up his tools every day so that we had the use of our kitchen in the evenings. One drawback was that I was unprepared for the noise and dust that refacing the cabinets created. But the results are worth it! An added evidence of the quality of their service is the follow-up they provided when we had a slight issue with one door interfering with another. They were unhesitating about ordering and installing another door to fix the problem and made several visits to make sure the solution worked. I'll gladly recommend Renovate It to anyone wanting to reface their cabinets.

Colin and Jake were awesome to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. Our cabinet doors were in rough shape but Jake made sure they looked perfect. I wasn’t sure we would be able to do the renovation right now but the quote was reasonable so we decided to do it now. So glad we did.
